comes from a quarry near the town of Madurai, India. It’s also where Madura Gold and Kashmir White are quarried. During oxidation, different amount of elements within rocks such as iron, calcium, magnesium and water come into contact with oxygen and give them different range of colors from red and burgundy to gold. The Madura Light has much warmer colors than the Kashmir White while Madura Gold looks a lot more orange and rusty.
